Privacy

This website belongs to Jan Boex, Halle, Belgium. Questions about your data: [email protected].

What is collected. Only what you enter in the contact form: your name, email address, message and, for a commission, the details you choose to give. Nothing else is collected. The site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking.

Why. To answer your message and, if you ask for one, to prepare and carry out a commission.

Who processes it. Form messages are passed on by Web3Forms and arrive in a Google mailbox. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

How long. Messages are kept as long as needed to answer them, and for a commission as long as the law requires for invoices. Other messages are deleted after two years at the latest.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by email. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
